Where will the shifts be?
When you sign up to the platform you specify where you live and how far you're willing to travel for work. We'll match you to businesses offering work in that area.
How much will I get paid?
You specify your minimum hourly rate and we match you with businesses offering shifts at that rate, but you'll be paid at least minimum wage. The more competitive your rate, the more shifts you'll be matched to.
When will I get paid?
You’ll get paid directly by the business when you've completed the shift.
What if I’m matched to a shift but I can’t make it?
When you’re matched to a shift, you can accept or reject the shift. Once you’ve accepted the shift, if you can no longer make it, you need to let us know as soon as possible via email. If you repeatedly cancel previously accepted shifts you may be removed from the platform.
How do I access the accommodation to clean it?
We’ll share access details and where to find all supplies prior to your shift. You’ll also receive contact details for the business in case you have any questions when you arrive there.
Do I need to provide cleaning materials?
No, the business will provide all cleaning products and supplies, as well as a hoover, broom and mop.
I have friends who are cleaners and want to sign up to, what should they do?
Ask them to register with Top up Talent and they can enter your referral code when they sign up. Note you'll receive your referral code once you've been accepted onto the Top up Talent platform.
How to I get the clean linen to make up the beds?
We’ll share details of where to find the supplies (bed linen, towels, cleaning supplies etc.) in advance of the shift as well as where to leave dirty linen.
