It’s free to set up an account with Top up Talent. There are no upfront costs and there’s nothing to pay until your first booking has been completed.

Costs are split between Top up Talent’s fees (£17.99 per shift) and payment to the housekeeper / cleaner for their time at the end of the booking based on the agreed hourly rate.

After every booking we encourage businesses to give honest reviews about our service and the housekeeper / cleaner they meet.

This allows us to assess individuals on a continual basis, ensuring our high standards are met.

#2 Call from our team

  • To confirm your details and arrangements for housekeepers / cleaners
  • Enabling us to find you the best match and to manage expectations

#3 Register Job Shifts

  • Receive login in details to the platform
  • Add your job shifts via the platform (shifts to be at least 3 hours and you’ll provide all supplies)
  • Receive an email when we’ve matched your shift with a housekeeper / cleaner with the cost for the shift

#4 Staff arrive

  • Housekeeper / cleaner arrives for the shift & carries out allocated work
  • Feedback request on the housekeeper / cleaner – vital part of ensuring our quality
  • If no match has been made we’ll notify you at least 12 hours before the shift commences

#5 Payment

  • You pay the housekeeper / cleaner for the work they've completed
